What's the difference between Server Sensor and Network Sensor?

Network Sensor is a network-based sensor: it is installed on one computer and monitors all traffic on a given network segment.

Server Sensor is a host-based sensor: it is installed on each computer that needs monitoring and examines log files on that individual computer and monitors the network traffic on just that computer.

ISS Shipping, Delivery and Tax

• ISS orders are processed in two to three business days when ordered by noon Eastern time.
• ISS software, software keys, and manuals are shipped electronically.
• ISS does not accept returns. All ISS items are non-refundable.
• Our standard shipping and processing fee is $20 per order.
• Our standard shipping method for U.S. orders is 3rd business day. This means that once the package is shipped, it will arrive within 3 business days. This does not guarantee that the package will arrive 3 days after you order it. We also offer faster shipping options.
• We do not charge sales tax unless the order is shipped to Georgia, Kentucky, Tennessee, or Washington, D.C.
